Refund Policy

At Kawar Dead Sea Products we make sure to keep our products and ingredients quality are at the highest possible standards. If you are however unhappy with your order, kindly contact us at info@thedeadsea.com for refunds under the following conditions:

• Not more than 7 days after the purchase date
• Refund will be made within a 30-day period after the request
• Cost of delivery, if any, will not be included in the refund

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, labels, free gifts, bonus item, and documentation shipped with the product and must be returned in original condition. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse return of items when it is obvious that hygiene measures have not been followed. If the product is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment excluding any shipping charges (other than the original shipping costs invoiced).
